  If you're in Southern Illinois and feel like you want a physical store for tech pick a different business. They will not honor your purchases or warranties after not picking details on your Total Tech. Amazon will provide better product support and save you a drive. MicroCenter will save you money and give you real help from experts. Do not support this failure of a business.

  We went in looking for new phones and got excellent Customer service from Melanie! She was so informative and when one of the phones we wanted was out of stock at her location she helped us find another location and helped us order it. She was super friendly and really made our day!

  Added things to my order without disclosing them. Terrible customer service from the associate who helped me - more concerned with hanging out with his coworkers than ensuring my questions were answered. Not very knowledgeable about the product and down talked the item I was considering. My order has arrived, my husband is unable to pick it up without me and I can't talk to anyone at the store to assist me. I spoke with someone on their customer service number who informed me there was no way to change who was able to pick it up and there was no way to speak to someone at the actual store. Won't be coming back for anything. Side note - other places will match their prices, go elsewhere. Edited to add - went with my husband to pick up, they added a generic power cable to my order without disclosing it to me. When I got home I discovered apparently there are different cable options (3 wire vs 4 wire) and the associate didn't ask which I would need, so it's incorrect and we have to make the 45 minute trip once again to make it right.
