  Bizarre experience! I ordered a phone and a screen protector online a few days ago, went in today to pick them up. He came out with both items but said I had to get the screen protector out of a locker. The one he had in his hand, that was already paid for..??? He insisted, I followed him across the store to the locker where I had to enter my phone #, respond to a text, only for it not to open anyway. He did something on his end and it opened. Sat back down, said I wanted to give him my old phone to trade in and he asked if it was wiped? No, they always did it at the store for me. He said a few things about that. One was that it takes too long in the store, then that it was an extra $30 (which I said I had no problem paying), then it was Verizon won’t help you in store if you order it ahead of time. So if I walked in off the street and wanted to buy one he could do it, but since I preordered no can do. I said I’d never done it before, oh just go to the cloud says he. I walked out without getting the case and earbuds I’d planned on buying because it was such a confusing/frustrating experience. My daughter wants the same phone but we will go to another store. I called customer service afterwards and they said they absolutely do help customers with switching over their phones.

  Iv been calling this location in evergreen park and haven't been able to reach anyone in the a store the number isn't correct and needs to be changed

  I will never go there again sat in the store for 3hours and still walked out with nothing they thought they were gonna get over on me when i asked them to print it out from what she put on paper total different the young lady must was new and the manager wasnt no better never again

  Service depends on the employee you get as it varies. It's good to have a real Verizon store nearby vs those 3rd party places.

  I went into the store for a router issue and was told to go home and contact the assistant manager once there to troubleshoot problems. Not only did the store not answer any calls for hours, the number I was told to message left me on read and never responded.
