He went and everything sounded great at first. Fast forward 1 month later, not only did he not get his phones, they completely cancelled his iPhone orders without informing him. Throughout this entire process he had to go to the store multiple times with no resolution on top of reaching out to multiple customer service agents through phone calls. Nothing was ever resolved. At the store we dealt with Leron who was nothing but rude and dismissive. He raised his voice multiple times at us and never resolved anything for us. My dad ended up switching back to T-Mobile because of this. We want nothing to do with Verizon because not only were we treated poorly, but we never got any resolution to our issues. Needless to say, we will not be returning.
