I didn’t have an appointment but was completely willing to wait, it was a last minute decision and I understood that. What stood out was how unwelcome I felt the moment I walked in. The associate at the front didn’t acknowledge me at all, and the associate in the back brought his customers over to the phones I was browsing without so much as a greeting or a “we’ll be with you in a moment.” I stepped aside to make room, but I was never acknowledged or spoken to. I left and went to the Hoffman Estates location instead, also without an appointment, and despite them being busy, I was immediately greeted and treated respectfully. The difference was huge. A simple hello or acknowledgment goes a long way.

As a disabled person in a wheelchair this bothers me immensely. The district manager was incredibly rude and even angry at me for asking. This place is not friendly to the disabled. Please dont go here
