- PLPaul LiebAug 5, 20251.0They charged me 70 dollars to change my phone to a different phone. Lost Facebook, messenger, and messages. Went back, told me there was nothing they could do. Told me to go see tech. Went to Shelbyville version, they fixed it. Said Effingham version never finished the update ! Anyone know how i can get my money back ?
