    Five stars to Ty! Came in for upgrades and he was glad to help every time. Even though we had to come back three times, which was our choice due to account issues that we’ve had ongoing for years, he was in contact with us and kept us informed. Thanks again Ty!

    Probably the worst verizon store around. No one knows what theyre talking about. The manager marissa is rude and very unhelpful. I came in after being on hold for 3 1/2 hours ONLY TO STILL NOT BE HELPED. This store is a joke. They sold me a defective device and its somehow my fault!!

    Tyrese was fantastic! I just stopped in with my Aunt to ask about some upgrades and he was so knowledgeable and pleasant that we decided to come back after dinner and upgrade all our devices. I also had my parents come in and speak to him about their account as well. So nice to have someone who clearly is knowledgeable about the products as well as enjoys his job.

    Tyrese is AMAZING!!! Last week I came into upgrade, pricing issues came about and I was told to come back in a week and I would be set! I came back and Tyrese was very helpful and friendly. Tyrese told me tips and tricks on how to save money and it made my life that much easier. Tyrese got me what I wanted without trying to push me onto other items that I had no desire to get. Tyrese went above and beyond and I am so glad he was there to help me!! I love my new phone, watch and iPad! If you need help ask for Tyrese, he knows what he is talking about!!
