- JMJim McCannJan 7, 20231.0They will only repair TV’s that you purchased a maintenance agreement with when you bought the TV. I BOUGHT my TV at Best Buy. But when I needed a repair I was told no. If you buy their maintenance agreement which covers the warranty period from the manufacturer for the first year, thus wasting your money then continuing it after you wasted the first part they will look at it. By that time the amount I paid would cover half the price of a new TV Horrible customer service
