    Had a very upleasant interaction attempting to exchange a bad laptop charger that I just bought in early Dec. Experience was made much worse by extremely unhelpful store manager, Otto, who refused to find resolutions other than doing a full return on the laptop that I've now spent weeks working on just to get a functioning charger, so I guess I'm stuck with a broken one. I had more I would've liked to purchase there but was just very disappointed in the whole exchange and I'll go to microcenter from now on. Wish I would've known this before making such an expensive purchase.

    Paid 1400.00 for a phone and case, asked about help transferring my data , the rep said it would be an extra 100, online said 40, to no avail, I did it myself. The case I bought was supposed to be magnetic, the rep and receipt says it, but trust me the only thing it sticks to is glue...50.00. Anyway I hate giving bad reviews, but what ever happened to customer service? Take the money and run best buy...

    Ordered a tv online, and used curbside pickup. To me, their system is so easy and quick. After I ordered, within 5 minutes I was notified it was ready. I notified them i was there, it did not take 3 minutes and they were coming out with my order. Mind you this was black Friday and they were busy. They verified my order with me and loaded it up. I love that kinda service 😁

    Went to Best Buy because they've told me that's the best place to go for my phone problem. And it's been a long time since I've been in there maybe a couple years since I bought my last TV. I didn't realize that you have that appointment to meet the Geek Squad so I was a little disappointed but that's okay made my appointment for the next day asked a few questions and told me what I could do and like what would help me. So I will go back tomorrow and hopefully get my phone taken care of and we'll be back on the road again doing things
