They wouldn't call customer service or give me a receipt for my tablet to post my return and to have to corporate store check out my tablet ! Now I put it to you ,would you leave a 600.00 tablet with someone that you don't know and/or has been diffincult in the past, with no receipt? I did get upset AFTER the manager said very snidely 'you have a nice day' my rebuttal was not nice and I was publicly embarrassed because the store was full customers , if I see that individual in public? I will humiliate him,just like he did to me! I can't believe Verizon employs individuals that treat retiree's in this manner! EJH,
