  Blessed to have my soul dog, Ava, back home. I love the ER team. Have seen them a few times with my pets. Thank you Dr. Van Lanen and Dr. Wood for the excellent care of my beloved dog and great bedside manner. A wonderful team of doctors working hard to keep your pet alive and well. Please be kind and patient to all veterinary staff. They are doing a very hard, sometimes thankless, job.

  very very helpful staff,sherry the nurse was incredibly wonderful. Best place to bring your pets for care they deserve .

  If I could do zero or negative I would .. run from this place Run don’t bring your pet they have no clue what they are doing , they are unqualified , they killed our bag dog at age 3 .. we are suing them .. they only want your money you leave and they don’t treat or care for the animals .. this place is terrible run by bad humans run away and save your pet !!

  VCA review Make sure you yourself will do an thorough examination on your pet before leaving there!!! Went to the ER that morning because our cat’s paw was bleeding and had something under it. Doctor Wood told us it was an abscess and that he can clean it out etc etc. Picked our cat back up that afternoon, took him home and later on we noticed that his leg had bloody discharge running down it. Seen that he had another larger wound right on his upper leg, the same leg of his infected paw. Ran him back to that ER for them to tell us there was another abscess. That wound was definitely not there the night before when we took a look at his paw ourselves. We expected that if we are paying $187 for a sedation, that a doctor would take a thorough look everywhere just in case for more infections. He should know more about his practice than us. Spent $700 for them to just clean it, not even wrap it up or shave his hair. Our poor baby was a mess, his fur was covered in discharge and he was exhausted from all of this. Thank you 3rd shift and Dr. Scarvano for doing a THOROUGH exam, shaving him, and giving us options on wrapping it up.

  These people here were amazing!! Every person I dealt with from the reception to the surgeon himself. Highly recommended!! The Dr was tremendous and super friendly and very informative! If you have surgery needs I do recommend this place as they were so amazing with everything my pooch went through.
