Sat for 3 hours waiting for my appointment and then told to reschedule. Absolutely no respect for your time and bad communication. Furious! Then Esther charged me more when I told them that I was upset. Wow! That's really really petty. Will spend money elsewhere.

Just got off the phone with the staff of this location and the ladies are super sweet. Sadie Michelle at the front desk were able to assist and guided me to the vet techs Kayla and Stephanie. They definitely put me to ease with my pup who got nicked due playing with his brother. The staff was able to calm me down and let me know what is needed at the moment. Thank you guys!

Careless money grab as others state. $3,000 in tests and meds only to be given run around about likely diagnosis. Decided to skip the “follow up “ to learn more and went elsewhere. $400 later problem solved. This a factory… not a vet.

Our regular vet had diagnosed our cat with what turned out to be liver cancer and advised us that chemo would not cure him, but he miraculously lived another 3 years. We were giving him steroids for the last 3 months for his end of life care when he suddenly lost control of his bowels and bladder, and no longer had the strength to stand. It was a Sunday and our regular vet was closed, so we took him to Arboretum. They immediately separated us from our cat and we weren't allowed to see him for an hour. The staff first said he needed an IV and we'd have to wait in another room. Next, staff asked us for his medical history and to sign for an ultrasound which we had requested. After 30 minutes, the vet came in to explain the test and exam results. The vet did not have our cat with him. Why not?! Why not bring us our cat since the exam and test are complete? We told the vet the same thing we had already told staff, that he's already been in hospice care for 3 months on steroids, and we feel euthanasia is now necessary. The vet said he understood and that he'd bring our cat and the necessary medication, but that took another 15 minutes. In the meantime, an associate came in with an estimate for the exam, ultrasound and euthanasia, as well as urn choices and an optional paw print plaque. Where is our cat? They certainly had time to go over the expenses but not to bring us our cat. The next associate came in saying there was some confusion over what form they needed us to complete, so she's sorry for the delay. We proofed the pet info on the form she showed us and had to inform her that our cat's species is wrong on the form, he is not a dog. She awkwardly smiled and left the room. Then another associate came in with the invoice and told us we're better off paying now so once the euthanasia is complete, we can just leave. In other words they won't let us see our cat until we pay first! Only after we paid did the vet come in with our cat, who was crying from both physical pain and the stress of being kept from us for an hour. They did give us time to say goodbye and we did stay with him during the euthanasia, and also afterwards to make sure he was at peace. We felt bad having to leave our cat alone on a table, and as we left the staff simply said we were good, everything is taken care of. There was so much time wasted on paying the bill before we were allowed to see our cat again. There's no need to separate us from our pet when he's only having a simple IV, exam and ultrasound. I've had all three myself and can handle observing my pet receiving each. I honestly think it's a control issue, they have you at their mercy. You have to do what they say, be separated from your ill frightened pet, and pay in full if you ever want to see your pet again. So little empathy, it was all about money and control.

Great staff. We're very professional when we had our first dog with them and they are already saving the day with our new puppy and her special diet.
