I need a laptop but they said they have in stock and I need a PS5. 7 different people asking if they could help and still here 45 minutes. No wonder everyone buys this stuff on line. It's just unfortunate that the corporate structure here will assure that none of these people with blue shirts ( who are actually trying their best) will have jobs . The days of shopping in a store are numbered

So we got a laptop with factory defects and the were trying to charge a lot of money for repair and after we denied they charge money just for revision. Terrible company and I'll never get something from best buy. I not your fault the factory defects but your response should be better.

When I arrived, without even looking at my issue, I was told that they couldn't help me. So then why did they tell me that maybe they could and book me an appointment and have me drive all the way over there? Ridiculous.
