  We had a service appointment for our two year old washer, and the service tech did not show up! No call, reason, or explanation was given. When we called Best Buy they did not know why he was a no show, and told us we have to wait another week for the next appointment available. That’s unacceptable, poor service. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

  My gaming desktop computer was continually restarting... Despite reinstalling Windows, removing malware, and more, I was unable to fix it on my end. I brought it into Best Buy and within several days they had it up and running in tip-top shape! They had to correct a bunch of registry errors. They not only made the cables more organized while they were stress-testing all the components, they dusted it out inside too. Things have been great ever since. Thanks local Geek Squad Team! :)

  DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! The geek squad here has awful organization and comnication skills. They have had my computer for almost 2 months, without any explanation as to why. I come to the store to today and now it has been junked without being 9ffrtef a back that I requested. I only had the computer 4 months before needing a repair. Kamil and Bod were not helpful all. They were simply dismissive
