    In regards to purchasing appliances this place is horrible…. They sold me an oven that ended up breaking down and not working just a few weeks after owning it. When I purchased the oven they sent 3rd party people out to install the oven…. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INSTALL IT. They disconnected the oven while leaving the gas on and my entire house started to fill with those gas fumes. My family member had to come out and fix their mistake and install it the correct way. Once the oven broke we went into the store cause they have no customer service number and they had no ovens in stock that were similar to the one I had. All on back order and managers had no clue when they would recieve more. This store is absolutely horrible and I have not had 1 good experience with them. Maybe there’s other Best Buy’s in the area that are better but definitely stay away from this one.

    Fast, efficient and courteous. I returned a duplicate laptop. Super easy. No line. I received my credit in 3 days!!!! Love Best Buy! ❤️

    Horrific experience. Needed a warranty replacement on my mom's cracked phone screen. Bought the phone from Best buy and at time of purchase paid $180 for the best buy total membership, which includes an extended protection plan including accidental damage coverage. Checked my online account and was told to just go in person to bestbuy and they would replace the phone. In person was told by the geek squad member without any explanation that "the online portal" wouldn't allow him to not only replace the phone because of the cracked screen but apparently he couldn't replace the phone for any reason even if they're was nothing wrong with the phone because the system just told him no and he couldn't do anything about it. So I wasted 180 dollars and made my mom cry and feel bad for dropping her phone after telling her I had bought her a protection plan that turns out to be an absolute scam. Never buying a phone or shopping at Best buy again and you should be careful if you do because they are lying money hungry corporation that apparently is a slave to the omnipotent "online portal" and their in person employees regardless of title are all basically worthless sales people just pushing you one way or another to waste even more of your hard earned money at their god forsaken store.

    Customer service at Best Buy has fallen off the cliff. Stopped in on 12/17 late in the evening. Store was not busy at all. Asked for help with appliances. Was told their regular guy was out but they would get someone to assist. Ryan eventually showed up in the appliance department. I had the same experience as another reviewer - was told I could buy everything online. I was shocked. I was buying a washer and a dryer and had several questions before making such a big purchase, which is why I visited the store. I wanted to understand what were the extra pieces that needed to be purchased in order for the installation to be completed properly. He asked if I had the model numbers. I said no but explained I just looked at the models on the floor and described the set I wanted. It was clear from the onset that he had NO interest in helping me. When I asked him for the height of the appliance (needs to fit under a cabinet in my laundry room), he told me 38" inches. I explained I would also like the pedestal and could he tell me the height of the pedestal. He said that included the pedestal. I politely told him I'm fairly certain it does not. He again said, "Yes it does." After additional back and forth, he eventually conceded when realizing the pedestal must be purchased separately and would add another 15". Moving over to the appliances themselves, I asked what the cost of the hose would be to connect the gas to the dryer. He said I didn't need a hose. I asked, "Did you select the correct dryer? I need a gas dryer, not electric." He said their is no option to select between gas and electric. I explained that if he shows up with an electric dryer it will not work at my house. After additional back and forth, he never understood that there are 2 kinds of dryers, again told me "The system is not showing you need a hose for the dryer" and THEN proceeds to tell me, "Well, I have to go help another customer and you're not buying it today anyway, so you can look the rest up online" and just walks away. I was floored. This all transpired in maybe 5 minutes?? You would have thought I had taken up 30 minutes of his time. I spoke with Gabriel the "greeter" at the front door and politely told him I'll be taking my $2,300 purchase to the competition after the incredibly shocking poor service and disrespect I had just received. I was extremely disappointed because we've always been huge fans of Best Buy and have made it a point to buy local and purchase all of our electronics through BB. Gabriel explained that Best Buy has not been properly training their staff and said the only way to get their attention is to leave a Google review. So, here it is. I will be taking this large purchase and all other future electronic purchases down the road to their competitor.

    Don’t buy tvs at best if you need delivery there their party delivery company is awful. They knocked on the main door of the condo whare no one would hear it. This should be common sense how would I hear that from inside my unit down the hall. They called my wife phone number not the one I gave them for delivery mine. Then left and told me all they would do is reschedule for the next available day even though I made the call to them as soon as they left and sent me a message that they attempted delivery. By the way it was only 10am plenty of time left in the day to have the truck come back but they refused to even try to do that. I don’t think it’s m ever going to buy anything from Best Buy again after the nonsense the manager at the store pulled either. Not a good experience at all.
