    AI phone assistant is GARBAGE cannot talk to live person unless maybe you have a Presidential Red phone, you will not get a person on the damn phone. So I will be canceling my membership with the geek squad, have enough aggravation no need to stress myself everytime I try to call to speak with someone. This is another example of a business doing less actual customer service but not taking less of our money. So I guess I can just order online like the majority, this is how businesses sink because they work hard at doing less customer face to face and absolutely refuse to take a call God forbid from a customer who again is the reason they have a job. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Time will tell how this impacts their business.

    Went in today for a TV for our Kitchen, the first employee who helped me with getting the price was very helpful, but I decided to still walk around the store, then saw the guy named Shane and was rude and brushed me off , decided to go to the tv section and selected the tv i wanted the gentleman who helped was helpful and helped me compare tv , when we went out to check out he asked Shane if can ring me up because he had another person waiting Shane rudely said no you do because that tv doesn’t give commission

    Seriously? You want me to wait in line at customer service for 20 mins behind people who are returning products just so I can’t just buy something quickly?? This is what is going to push me to Amazon. When is Best Buy going to understand customer friction?

    If you’re on the fence about the Geek Squad Protection Plan, get it. My Dyson hair dryer recently stopped working, and the claims process couldn't have been smoother. I booked an appointment online, and they helped within 5 minutes of walking through the door. The staff was friendly and efficient—no hoops to jump through, just a straightforward replacement. Great experience all around!
