    Employee told me to wipe my laptop. Then they still couldn't help me. I brought my laptop in for an exchange. The counter rep told me I needed to factory reset it first. I did it right there in the store. Walked back to the same rep — suddenly the system wouldn't allow the exchange. He sent me to the Geek Squad desk. Geek Squad and the store manager told me it has to be sent out for repair. I explained the problem in detail to the store manager who has the power to simply continue with store credit. "I'm sorry, I'm not going to do that" was his reply. All of this happened in a single visit. Three different answers, zero resolution. I wiped my entire computer based on an employee's instructions, and now I'm stuck setting it all back up with nothing to show for it. No accountability. No apology. No solution. Filing a BBB complaint. If you're bringing a device here, get everything in writing before you touch it.

    Nobody manning the check out - waited 5 mins and then left to buy the items online. I like supporting brick and mortar stores but they have to do the bare minimum.

    I bought a laptop and the computer was defective it wouldn’t let me connect to WiFi and Chris was kind to help me out with the problem. He was able to return my laptop and he ordered me a new laptop at another store. I was able to pick it up and it worked this time. I’m super grateful for his help and I would recommend going to this Best Buy if you need anything.
