    Want to commend Shellie for the amazing customer service today. We came in with a problem with a new IPhone 17 and she was able to troubleshoot and fix our problem. We appreciate her hardwork and taking the time to help us. She was friendly and very supportive. Thank you Shellie!

    The manager or who ever took over for the new guy was prompt very knowledgeable new I was having a bad couple days with out a phone very polite yea she took all the steps for insurance purposes over a phone that took a crap in seven months don't let that girl go she needs a promotion dealing with some times tired as hell people blue collar sorry I was as nice as I could be back think she seen it in my face my job is my life I need my phone for work thank you and I'm sorry I forgot your name who actually helped me yesterday thank you so much
