He was very kind and knowledgeable and helped us achieve the goal of getting the new phone. He helped us with a new case, screen, protector, and charger, I would definitely recommend this location and him if you come here and need anything for your phone.

Every time I come in for something simple, no one greets me at the door or checks to see if I need help. I usually end up leaving after waiting far too long without assistance. I was notified that Verizon had bought out my old cellphone company out and I've been wanting to change my plan. Turns out that I was wrong, but the Verizon tech helping me didn't refer me elsewhere. He took the time to get the right contact information from the web for me and called their customer service to ensure it was who I needed to speak to. It was busy in the store yet my tech wasn't bothered by my needing help though not being a Verizon customer afterall. Instead I was valued as a customer he could help so he helped me. Wish I'd caught his name but he makes it easy to consider becoming a Verizon customer.
