  Geek Squad was super helpful with us and was able to repair many of the issues that I created. I'm very grateful to the guys here at the DeKalb store for all the installations, the parts suggestions, and the help they provided with cleaning up the files with my botched attempts to transfer files. Big thanks to them and what they do.

  Told me they wouldn’t be able to fix the screen on my phone and that I should just buy a new one. I ended up going somewhere else and got my phone fixed perfectly and for cheap. These people lie!! I left crying thinking my phone was done for and it was all a lie!!

  TERRIBLE service, first they had my laptop three weeks, then when i went to pick it up it STILL wasnt all the way fixed. (liquid damage, some keys still didnt work) so they sent it again as a REDO meaning no charge to me, when they contacted me they wanted to charge me again! i set them straight, then they had it almost another month! First time they missed that the mother board was bad so that was finally replaced the second time.... never going here again. I will say the guy at the counter IN the store was fab, he did a great job
