We purchased a MacBook Air on Monday and two days later the product went on sale. While we appreciated the expertise of the sales people, we were very disappointed that they did not tell us about the upcoming sale. That would have shown real integrity and built better customer relations. Even our car salesman told us he could give us a better deal if we waited.

I wish I could give zero stars. My recent visit to this store to purchase two iPhone 17s was an absolute ordeal, characterized by baffling policies, bizarre staff behavior, and a complete lack of consistent customer service. The Ridiculous "One Bag" for multiple purchases I was connected with a staff member and clearly stated my intention to purchase two iPhone 17s, which were intended as gifts. The staff member brought out the two devices but only one bag. When I requested a second bag, I was told: "No, we only get one bag," citing an inconsistent "one per person" rule and vaguely blaming an "environmental policy." This is absurd. I was purchasing two iPhones, costing over a 900 dollars each, and was being denied a simple bag for a gift. I even suggested I could leave and come back to complete a second transaction, which he discouraged. The Policy Contradiction and Inconsistent Service The staff member then went to speak with the manager , saying the manager would "look into it." Shockingly, the situation was immediately and completely contradicted: • The initial employee who denied me a bag returned—and was followed by the manager—both carrying two separate, additional bags! • In the end, I had three bags on the table for two phones. This experience proves the staff member who helped me either didn't know the store's policy, or simply fabricated a refusal, wasting my time and creating unnecessary friction. Final Annoyance at Checkout The poor service continued at payment. I paid for the first phone and then wanted to wait for the confirmed bag situation to be fully resolved before paying for the second. The staff member reacted "weirdly" and made a comment that was both "annoying and weird." This entire transaction—from the , the ridiculous "bag policy" argument, and the final awkward checkout—turned a simple, high-value purchase into a truly unpleasant and unacceptable customer experience. I expect basic professionalism and consistency, especially at an Apple Store. Do better.

Brought my iPhone 16 pro here today because it keeps restarting over and over and over. They run diagnostic and tell me it's a faulty logic board so needs a repair, but they don't have the part in stock - they tell me woodfield has it and if I go there today they will fix. I even asked do I need an appointment at woodfield and they told me no - they will help you right away. They told me go home and get a full backup - so I did - got to woodfield at 6:45 - they close at 9:00 and I was told fix takes an hour - woodfield tells me they can't get to my phone today - so I call deer park back and they tell me they will order part but won't get it until Tuesday!!! Today is Saturday. I say they have the part at woodfield - they just showed it to me - but claim it's against company policy for customers to transport repair parts - give me a break. The Apple Store employees are also all rude and entitled - they seem to forget my phone cost me $1500 and shouldn't fail in the first year because of faulty parts. I know a lot of people say this - but I'm done with Apple and my next phone purchase won't be an Apple. Samsung actually has better phones - Apple has gotten way too big and forgotten why people shop with them. Google iPhone issues and they are more common than you'd think!

My husband went to get his phone battery replaced. He had an appointment at 1:15 pm. He checks in and they tell him they are very busy and have lots of repairs today, and that they can’t have his phone fixed until 4 pm. I’m sorry, but WHAT? The replacement itself takes an hour, which we knew, so we expected to be done around 2:30. But having to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes for them to get to fixing your phone, when you have an APPOINTMENT is unacceptable. Don’t take so many repair appointments if you don’t have capacity for it. What an absolute waste of time.

I recently traded in my iPad Pro (M4, 13-inch) for something a bit more portable, and Jessica made the entire process effortless! She was incredibly helpful, honest, and patient — truly went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. I’ve never received customer service this exceptional before! Jessica made me feel completely comfortable, kept a positive attitude the whole time, and genuinely cared about helping me find what worked best. She’s a perfect example of why Apple is such an outstanding company — its amazing staff. Thank you, Jessica, for making my day and giving me such a great experience!
