Also, every time I make an appointment I still have to wait ~30 minutes to be seen. What's the point of scheduling an appointment?

Apple told me during my appointment that they’d be able to see what my watch’s issue is and then call me to confirm (because one potential issue costs $99 to fix and the other $399) before proceeding with the repair and now once I’m home I get a call saying they don’t offer free diagnostics and I’ll be charged $399 to proceed with a repair. That’s the full cost of a next generation model. This store is half an hour away. I have to spend an hour driving to pick up my watch because their technicians don’t know what they’re talking about.

- MGMari GDec 18, 20253.0I want to say that I do love my Apple products and own quite a few. I visited the store today to replace my husband's iPad for Christmas. I was greeted by a young man who clearly stated he was just a greeter and a salesman would be by shortly and to just wait a minute as they were on break. A couple of minutes later a tall dark haired Blk glassed man was approaching and made I contact so I thought oh great here's the sales man. Much to my surprise, when I said oh great here you are, he said oh no - you need to wait and stand over there in a very condescending tone, I'm the MANAGER and pointed to where I was supposed to be waiting. A little taken back, I moved to the pointed location and thought to myself another example of someone that missed all the essentials of customer service 101 and needs some retraining. Too bad for Apple to have substandard management. When a sales rep did help me he was good. I recommend his manager shadow him and pick up some tips!
