My daughter’s phone broke and Manny was very helpful and informative on what to do to file a claim w/ Insurance. And then once I received the phone I went back to the store & got the same great customer service by another employee with setting up the new phone ! I definitely give them 5 stars!

I went in to upgraded my phone but had to complete the process with customer support with cricket and apple support on my phone. The process took about a full day to get the phone to work properly. I recommend the staff to be trained more properly on completing the process of an upgrading a phone. I will not go back to that store again. A few months back called the store dealt with a female employee. I wanted to upgrade my phone she was not very knowledgeable and completely rude.

Give me my money not to mention that the retailer store where I made the purchase in cash will not give me my refund after 5 days of service. These people are stealing money that you work hard for. When customer service issues a refund they will call the police and set a no trespassing order so you do not get your refund. they got me for $380.90

The young man said he never heard of my situation before and could not help me in anyway. He acted totally uninterested and didn’t offer any way to resolve it. Total waste of time! No customer service at all.
