  After having a HORRIBLE experience at the Palatine IL store I had called the Crystal Lake IL store and spoke with a kind gentleman named Nick. I had discussed with him what my issue was and without hesitation he told me that he could help. I did drive an hour to get to the store but it was definitely worth it. Nick was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend the Crystal Lake store to anyone looking for a great carrier with exceptional customer service! Thank you Nick! J. Freund

  Had a problem with an iPhone screen going black but the phone was still technically operating. No idea what to do on a Sunday afternoon, we went into the store where Nick was helping 3 people at one time, and successfully I might add. He is knowledgeable on the products and knows that nobody wants to spend their whole day in the phone store. In and out in a flash with everything we needed, and because we were approved for the Bread financing, leaving here spending only the upgrade fee and the new charger fee. He was so pleasant to work with and I highly recommend this Cricket location 👍🏼👍🏼

  I highly recommend this Crystal Lake Cricket location! My daughter’s phone broke and Manny was very helpful and informative on what to do to file a claim w/ Insurance. And then once I received the phone I went back to the store & got the same great customer service by another employee with setting up the new phone ! I definitely give them 5 stars!

  If you’re thinking about upgrading your phone think twice about doing at this store. I went in to upgraded my phone but had to complete the process with customer support with cricket and apple support on my phone. The process took about a full day to get the phone to work properly. I recommend the staff to be trained more properly on completing the process of an upgrading a phone. I will not go back to that store again. A few months back called the store dealt with a female employee. I wanted to upgrade my phone she was not very knowledgeable and completely rude.

  the other day, we went to go see if we can a new phone and when we drove out there, the door was locked and we tried calling the store but no one picked up. I was genuinely confused because in the website it said that they were opened.
