    WOW! What can I say? First I was told by Mark at Geek Squad that they were an authorized service center for Denon and secondly that their service turnaround time was about 10 days. It took more than 10 days to just get to their Chicago service center. In total, the service took 1 MONTH! I got my AV receiver back yesterday, spent over an hour hooking it back up and calibrating everything only to find that the problem I brought it in for still exists. Not only do these people lie to get your business, but they did not in fact fix my unit after having it for a month. You would at least think they could TEST the unit before sending it back to the store. I am hoping they did not Void my Warranty with the manufacturer by "working" on it. I used to work for Best Buy (Not this location) and quit because of the pressure they were exerting on me to sell warranties and memberships that originally were good for the customers but then changed to be nothing more than revenue builders for them. Save yourself and shop elsewhere. I will be going to Amazon or ABT from now on.

    0 stars absolutely 0 professionalism from this Karen of a manager denying a promotion that they have had up for apparently over a year and had not changed the sign. So actively advertising the promotion but refused to honor it. So you guys left that up for over a year and never changed it? Wow that’s amazing work ethic I totally trust you guys to know your own sales!! Never coming back here again I will be driving further to get my stuff from Best Buy locations if at all anymore! Horrible customer service and they wonder why they lose business.

    I was trying to get a new iPad and the pencil too but i was there waiting for like an hour and half i just see a bunch of lazy people walking around and talking to each other!! Not coming back… sales representatives are really sucksss!

    I got tossed around from cell phone area to customer service for an hour to get a screen protector replaced. Employees seemed more interested in talking to each other than working. Terrible store. The managers in the cell phone area were terrible to work with. Will not be going back. They also canceled a service I paid for for lifetime screen protector replacement and install, and was told the district manager decided that for just Chicagoland stores.

    Every time I go in, there are about 436 people working, but somehow nobody is available to help in a reasonable time. They have to call someone from who knows where, and if you ask someone else, "they don't work in that section." Last time I was in the store for about an hour just waiting around to get a phone, and just left this time after 15 minutes waiting for a smartwatch when there were 8 workers right next to the section talking and joking around and "someone would be with us in a few minutes." The epitome of why stores are closing.
