- PGPatrick “ShadowDad” GreenlawOct 23, 20252.0This store used to be great. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and quick. In the past two years or so, this location has really gotten worse. The last three times I've been there the store was locked up during business hours. The first time this happened, after knocking twice I left. Both times since, the employee was sitting in the back storage room and took a minute or more to come to the door and let us in. I was there today, 10/23/25 and when the store rep let us in, we were hit with an extremely powerful air freshener or perfume that immediately irritated my nose and game me a headache. After several minutes of the rep looking, we were told they didn't have several phones in stock. After all the hassle, we left and went to the Cricket store in Shorewood. We won't be back.

If you want to go home get someone else in the store. I just ended up leaving.

Never got greeted got completely ignore. I understand they were helping somone but could have said hi or sorry for the wait. We waited for a bit to long with no response from the worker
