It wasn’t a big deal until my screen protector broke after 4 days and I realized in order to have it replaced it would cost me 20$ in shipping. Mind you- they charged me SIXTY dollars for the screen protector alone already and I was not told one word about the warranty/rules about it. I could buy like 10 of those for the price I paid. I brought it up to the store thinking because I had a good experience with Nathan that it would be resolved quickly. Instead I was met with Toby, who was dismissive and seemed pissed I even walked into the store to interrupt her doing (something?)… anyway after being brushed off I came back in asking if I could just have the screen refunded instead of replaced… still met with dismissiveness and “idgaf” attitude. You’d think with all the money I just spent here you guys could replace my 60$ phone screen protector since it probably costs you about 1$ to purchase. But it’s cool, I will not be bothering coming back again and I just thought people should read this before choosing to let them talk you into selling you add ons and basically robbing you. If I could give like 1/4 of a star I would lol but I guess 1 is the least I can give.
