  Horrible service, I went to pay for my line it was 6:00pm I wait for 30 minutes there at the door because the light was on but the door closed, Maria the person working there was hiding and when she saw me she hide again she closed the door in the inside office and turn off the lights, then I called and ask if the store was open she said that the sistem wasn’t working I ask for her name she said she’s not obligated to say her name and not obligated to come at the door and let me know that the service wasn’t working. I don’t know why they got this unprofessional person working there.

  Horrible service from Alex (female) I am not sure why Alex is working at this location, she is not trying to sell, she will judge you, laugh at you, ask you to call 611 and "cry" to them instead of helping, I believe a good sales person should persuade you to buy and not push you to llave Cricket after never missing a payment of 3 lines for over 13 years. I canceled my account today because of this horrible experience. Supervisor Andrea W. you should reconsider your employees customer skills. Bye Cricket

  Terrible service. Sold me two phones that were glitching and didnt want to refund me for their service. Lady named Alex had a terrible attitude and laughing and creating small talk with other employee while supposed to be assisting me. Made me feel like i couldnt afford a phone even though i was willing to pay for a better phone. she implied i wouldnt have enough money. just terrible, she had a nasty attitude and was giving egoistic attitude.
