After realizing the next day I came back and dealt with Osvaldo which explained everything perfectly to me and was able to offer me a plan that gave me the 800 off for 10 dollars more a month which makes sense. District manager Matt Frank was horrible to deal with and almost made me cancel my service with Verizon.
