Once I arrived I was greeted and told someone would be with us shortly. Kayla ended up assisting me and was AMAZING!! She gave me a detailed quote and explained all of the rates and fees and let me know what my “bottom line” out of door cost would be. I didn’t purchase that evening but came in the next day and she helped to switch my lines and transfer everything to new phone for me and my daughter and get everything set up for two additional phones. We ended up adding two additional iPads and Apple Watches to our account. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new phone and will happily refer all of my friends and family to this store with Kayla and Ozzie.
