She left with both of our plans changed including my legacy plan I’ve had for nearly a decade. Now our plan costs more for less. Never ever go see these people. They have no morals and my wife had no idea until she got home. They assured her nothing was changed. And all for a few bucks? Hope they can’t sleep at night. That money is important to us. Customer for 20 years no longer.
