SCAMS!! Deceptions, lies and more! BUYER BEWARE! What I thought was a simple phone upgrade turned out to be a months long scam. After calling corporate, the corporate rep felt so bad for us she credited our bill $800. After 3 months of follow up with the manager? (Owner? It’s not transparent just like my whole experience), I finally got the money back that they told me was required (it’s not).
Beware, if they tell you your status with Verizon has earned you a “free iPad”, “free accessories” or the internet is any less than $50/mo (we were quoted $30/mo after 2 free months - turns out that promo price has never been offered) it’s simply NOT TRUE. Corporate charges $35 to upgrade your phone, not $200.
They will NOT offer you the opportunity to choose if you want a simple fee vs “the package”. “The package” forces you to buy accessories that you can buy at 10% of the cost on Amazon, if you need them at all. Zero transparency in their business practices. And after speaking with Cody on many occasions, there is zero interest in changing their sales approach moving forward to be honest and upfront with customers.
Ps. I truly dislike saying bad things about small businesses. I go out of my way to support many of them locally. But this one doesn’t care about you, they only care about their bottom line. 😢
