After a frustrating visit to a different carrier's store, I took my complicated phone situation to this Verizon store in Lincoln Square. Everyone who works here is is helpful and friendly. Not only was my phone situation complicated, I hit further snags in getting my new phone and account set up and Keishawn spent HOURS with me helping me get it all sorted out. Henry quickly jumped in when he had suggestions to offer. In the time I was there I saw them being kind and helpful to everyone who came in, even people who were not Verizon customers and had come into the wrong store. In the end, I could not be happier with the service I received and feel like I have new besties who I will stop in to say hello to when I'm in the area.
