While I was there, the person was who helped me said I could update my home internet hardware for no extra charge and all I would have to do was bring the old hardware to UPS. I did exactly that and even confirmed with an online chat representative that that is all I had to do. Well, I ended up being charged for 2 home plans multiple months in a row, and of course, it took me a bit to notice because I am on autopay to save myself $10 dollars month. Fixing this has been a nightmare... I have had to call customer service three times and now am going to have to call a fourth time because I just got a notification that I am being charged a $200 fee for not returning the equipment when I did so MONTHS ago. All that to say, if you do choose to go here, just get what you need and leave... If someone offers you anything else, they probably aren't going to set it up correctly on your account. I will likely not being going back to this location in the future, and if I can't get this $200 fee resolved, I will probably switch to a new phone and internet provider.
