    DO NOT COME HERE! The manager Tramel is absolutely useless and provided no help whatsoever. Dropped off 2 trade in phones and they were never processed correctly for the discounts. They kept telling me they were working on it but their system couldn’t process both phones because they messed up and put it on one order? Gave us the runaround for months, kept telling me their corporate office was working on getting it resolved. When I stopped by Jake, who is no longer there assured me that they were still working on it and even SHOWED me my phone. More months go by and i still haven’t received the discounts so I stopped by again and the useless manager, Tramel did not even bother to help or provide any useful information about the whereabouts of my phone. Refused to provide tracking for the phone but insisted it was shipped to the warehouse. Told me to call customer service for help. Utterly USELESS. My guess is he probably sold my phone or stole it. Do not come here!!!
