- AHAndrew HerreraOct 18, 20251.0I moved my line to ATT and Verizon charged me $1k and immediately deleted my account and refused to give me a receipt, which feels illegal? When I visited the store and asked for receipts for the prior 4 months they told me the records don’t exist (which is impossible) then they physically threatened me with removal when I told them that I needed those 4 months of receipts to get the promotion at AT&T. The goofy white manager then started mocking me with extremely unprofessional physical gestures that left me feeling that he was racist besides being an incredibly poor representative of any company. I had been a Verizon customer for 20 years and I would have been willing to go back but after this experience I would never do business with them again.

At one point I said something else that clearly rubbed her the wrong way and she threatened to “not move forward with me” aka kick me out. We eventually got my issue taken care of but hopefully she learned not to be messy :)
