    Employees Diana (Manager) and Tyson were exceptional in their professionalism and service. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist effectively helped restore my confidence following an unsatisfactory experience during a previous visit. Their efforts were greatly appreciated and made a meaningful difference in the overall experience.

    Was considering moving carriers, and was told by Verizon's chat agent that I could return my phone. That sounded just fine to me so I opted into a new carrier and received an new phone. When I went into the store I was told otherwise. This lead to 2 different trips to the store and to the phone agent again and was told essentially that I was correct that I was told the wrong information. When they spoke to the supervisor to try to help I was told again that I received incorrect information and they owned that, but couldn't really help me at all. So I was left with a phone I didn't want, that they said I could not turn in, despite providing me the wrong information. I would have switched carriers had I been told the correct information the first time, but I can promise you I will not ever be returning to Verizon even after spending 8 years with them. Upon looking at reviews online, I'm not the only one Verizon refuses to take accountability with and that's a real shame.

    I moved my line to ATT and Verizon charged me $1k and immediately deleted my account and refused to give me a receipt, which feels illegal? When I visited the store and asked for receipts for the prior 4 months they told me the records don’t exist (which is impossible) then they physically threatened me with removal when I told them that I needed those 4 months of receipts to get the promotion at AT&T. The goofy white manager then started mocking me with extremely unprofessional physical gestures that left me feeling that he was racist besides being an incredibly poor representative of any company. I had been a Verizon customer for 20 years and I would have been willing to go back but after this experience I would never do business with them again.
