  Alonzo helped me get my number ported over from AT&T after I had some issues getting my number to switch to my new phone and service. Super helpful and kind. Great service. I’ll be back when I need something next time.

  Went to Verizon Sunday and had the best customer service possible. Oscar as well as Kwane Took care of me and we were able to get five new lines with phones the same day. They were also able to get us Internet as well. Very knowledgeable and the store was very clean. If you go there, you need to speak with those two as they seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

  I lost my phone in a taxi and needed to quickly get a new one. Kwon was truly a legend and I can't thank him enough. There were issues with raising the lost phone claim, first with accessing the claim flow then with the claim being blocked, and ultimately I was unable to raise a claim that day to get a replacement phone. For almost three hours, Kwon stuck close helping me through each step in the claim process, and then helped me figure out how to get another phone so I could function given the roadblocks from the insurance company... He helped me find a way to get a new line going, and plan for what to do if my phone was ever recovered or replaced via insurance. He was knowledgable, empathetic and super attentive through this extremely frustrating experience. This has been my experience of this store with every service specialist - they have all been great! Kwon set a new bar today, though. Thank you sir!

  My experience in the store was great with Tyson he was very helpful. Over the phone on the other hand was exhausting and I felt like a ping pong with all the back and forth. My business phone line was ported officially yesterday but the desk phone never arrived my business is ran on n this line and it’s been a struggle all day. with no promises or retribution for services to be restored tomorrow. Business customer service is closed early no complete answers. Very disappointed after trusting this move just for lower cost now I understand why

  Stephen (Manager) was an all time help through over a week of issues with customer service resulting in me spending hours on the phone and in the store. He was finally able to think outside the box and find real solutions while also making himself available outside of normal hours to get it done. Cannot speak highly enough of Stephen and his team
