Do not go to this store. I have spent 5+ hours trying to unwind the issues I have had after leaving this store. They sold me a phone that was 256 vs the 512 I needed - I didn’t leave the store with a phone but one was added to my bill along with other services I didn’t authorize (insurance that was $68/month). I have spent time in a corporate owned store, on with customer service, a second visit back to this store - who told me they have done everything correctly, only to go back to a corporate owned store to be told i need to go back to this store.

Upgrading my iphone 14 to iphone 17 was seamless. Couldn't believe the transfer of data and everything else took about 30 minutes. However a few days later, I learned an unapproved additional line for an iphone 13 was added to my plan. And the trade discount was waived. And a $80 fee for adding the 2 phones, which was supposed to be waived per the Verizon rep I worked with at the store. I got that iphone 13 removed and the trade in discount restored, but have to wait for my bill to update to remove that $80 fee with support. Just extremely disappointed with all these unexpected add ons that were never approved of. I feel fortunate to have caught it quickly and thankful support was helpful but this store's staff is highly questionable after this ridiculous experience once I left.

The guys working here are super helpful and kind. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be helped and they were able to help me save money on my subscriptions on my account. Would absolutely recommend and will be going back!
