  I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid this place. I ordered a phone to this location and in between the time the phone arrived and me getting a chance to pick it up, Vinay sent several texts from his personal phone number asking me about coming in. When I finally arrived, the promotion was no longer on my account so we had to reach out to support to ask if they would be able to apply it on their end. Dude’s phone died while he was on the phone with support and then he told me he couldn’t help me because he was off in 10 minutes. It’s now a week later and I just had to call back to ask them to remove the extra charge for device protection that I did not agree to add. Just go to the actual corporate store, this third party location is not trustworthy. Edit: I just got three calls from this store and on the final call I answered, and it’s someone asking me if I have time to talk about this review. I’m baffled by how unprofessional these people are. They’re claiming that the device protection was added previous to my recent visit, but the brand new email in my inbox says otherwise. I’m not even sure why these guys are accessing my account after our earlier call. Insane. DO NOT GO HERE.
