So I came in after being with T-Mobile for about 15 years, ready to jump ship, T-Mobile let me down for the last time. I walked in and was greeted by Robert, who was more than helpful to me and my qualms for I was leaving the other ones (updated my phone and it killed my phone, apparently that falls on us). Regardless could not ask for better customer service. Thanks for helping me out dude.

They scammed me. I came in to buy a new phone, but they upgraded my plan and charged me for device protection without my knowledge or consent. It was only later that I discovered it on my bill. Tried to complain when I came back to trade in my old phone, but all they did was try to push more stuff on me I didn't want or need. When I contacted Verizon corporate, they reversed the charges but cautioned me to never go to a third party store again.
