Mike was not only very knowledgeable about the product, but was also patient and answered all of my questions. He made sure I was good to go and had everything set up on my new phone. Overall, a great experience and I would go back to the Southport location if I needed anything.

We had an AMAZING experience. Nico was a real pleasure. Helpful, courteous, knowledgable, efficient and extremely good at his job, I wish we could always encounter sales people like him. Really knew his stuff and was just very good and focused and a pleasure to deal with. We will be back and ask for him specifically. Great great employee and wonderful to deal with.

I was happy that Verizon opened a store on the Southport Corridor, but there is a BIG difference between Verizon Corporate Stores and this, which is an authorized seller. When we went into the store to replace a phone and upgrade another, we were assured by Nico that "your bill won't go up," we were offered "free" ipads and told that our bill "wouldn't go up" and we were told that if we try out their home internet gateway (which we didn't need), we could return it and still get a $100 credit for our bill. We have been hit with hundreds of dollars of unanticipated charges, including a $200 charge for failing to return a second internet gateway that we never asked for and never received but was apparently rung up at the store and have spent hours on the phone with Verizon customer service to try to undue the damage. STEER CLEAR.

Nico was amazing to work with, especially with it being during the holidays, he was patient with us, helped transfer two iPhones at once, and overall was a pleasant human being!
