They were able to help and assist me right away and get it solved within the hour free of charge. They also are efficient and can work on multiple customers at a time which was really cool to see. Nice job, i’ll come here anytime i have phone issues

Robert exhibited excellent customer service skills during my entire visit even when multiple customers came in the store seeking service at once. Very commendable behavior as he proactively apologized to the other customers for the delay while he serviced me. Also, he managed to multitask with other customers to address their needs while my phone conducted a software update. He was very thorough in explaining my options as I was seeking to trade-in an older phone and not looking to have a substantial increase in my bill. He could readily resolve issues with my older phone to perform the transfer to the new phone.
