  Easily the best experience in a telecom store I have EVER had. I’ve done several changes and adjustments and line additions all at once over the past month, and I am greeted with great customer service in store over the phone EVERY time. I can honestly say that no other retail encounter has been this consistent! And I must acknowledge Carlos. This man takes care of my family like we are the only customer. He remembers what he did the last time, checks on progress, engages the Verizon help line FOR us, however long it takes. Carlos is that guy, and we are so grateful to have such an accessible location with high quality experience. Verizon offers the very best cell service (and now, internet) to me, and to not have to go down town or Lincoln Park to get decent service is amazing. ONE TIME FOR THE SOUTH SIDE, AND FOR CARLOS!
