This had to be the best service and interactions in all my years of being a customer of Verizon. The staff was excellent, knowledgeable, beyond helpful, quick and all with good personalities. I was in and out, upgrading my phone and adding a second line in under 50 mins and I know this because I went on my lunch break. No BS. Shout out to Lewis and Day specifically. They are excellent!!

My most recent experience here made me switch to T-mobile after being a Verizon customer for nearly 20 years. This store constantly makes mistakes on your account (has happened to me 3x over 5 years) and then tells you they can't be fixed. Even after admitting to their mistakes this last time (upgrading the wrong line), they then proceeded to lie to me about device protection being required if I was upgrading a phone. Called Verizon and the device protection is not required in order to upgrade, so don't let them tell you it is. T-mobile customer service has been 1000x better since switching and they have better signal in Chicago! No idea what took me so long to make the switch

Let me start off by saying how when you’re blessed and highly favored good things will always happen. I’m forever grateful to have Verizon for my phone service. I’ve been with them for 3 years now and if I ever needed help with my bill or anything, their representatives were always happy to assist! I want to give a special shoutout to Dae and Alberto at the portage park store. Their customer service is phenomenal!!! From the moment I walked in the door I felt the good energy. I went in to see about upgrading my phone and was able to do just that. Alberto was so kind to assist me and present the different options and promotions they had. He literally took his time to help me choose what would be best! Even with explaining and clarifying with all my questions. He was extremely happy to help, I felt the care. Dae attention to detail was beyond appreciated! She is truly an amazing person. She had no problem going above and beyond to make sure I walked out with a new phone today!! I can’t express how much appreciation I have for them both 😊 you can tell both of them love seeing their customers happy. May god always continue to bless them. Thank y’all so much! The love is here always. And yes they deserve a raise 😉

I have the utmost gratitude and give a huge shout-out to Alberto P. at the N. Cicero store. He is, without a doubt, a shining example of outstanding customer service.
I came into the store with a problem that was not of his making—a faulty upgrade phone from a different location. I was incredibly frustrated and had already spent a lot of time trying to resolve the issue. Despite this, Alberto took the time to listen patiently to my story and dedicated over an hour to helping me.
He went above and beyond, engaging phone support resources and even collaborating with his coworkers to get to the bottom of the issue. He showed an incredible amount of dedication and perseverance, working tirelessly to find a solution. He truly made it his mission to make things right for me, even though he had not sold me the phone.
The issue was complex and required an immense amount of effort, but Alberto handled it with a positive attitude and a level of expertise that one rarely sees in 2025. Because of his hard work, my frustrating problem was resolved. He turned what was a very negative experience into an overwhelmingly positive one.
