A sales rep told me I had a promo that would upgrade my phone without having to trade it in. Found out they had to add a new line to my account and I still have to trade in my phone. Straight up liars.

The staff was excellent, knowledgeable, beyond helpful, quick and all with good personalities. I was in and out, upgrading my phone and adding a second line in under 50 mins and I know this because I went on my lunch break. No BS. Shout out to Lewis and Day specifically. They are excellent!!
