I walked in ready to add a Hotspot line to my plan, the first gentleman who addressed me informed me of some device called "Orbix" & handed me off to his associate Jose. Jose starts to tell me about a $10/month hotspot perk I could add to a mobile line, when I asked him about Orbix Jose looked confused. I walked out, will complete my research & shopping on my own.
