    Buyer beware of this particular Verizon store. Everything has felt like a scam from the start since switching to Verizon from t mobile last week. They canceled my online order and was forced to sign up for a more expensive plan in the store to get a new iPhone. They told me several times they would waive the activation fee but still have yet to do that even after asking them several times (why tell me you’re going to waive it when you’re not?). The worst part was they didn’t port my number over correctly from t T-Mobile and I have no way to receive incoming calls and nobody at the store can figure out how to trouble shoot the problem. Switching back to t mobile ASAP where the customer service is always top notch and you’re not made to feel like a bother to the people working in a customer facing role.

    Nothing but a terrible experience at this store. First off the guy I dealt with told me my phone had an $830 trade in value. Thank god I didn’t buy my phone there because I go a 17 pro completely free with my trade in on the Verizon app. He said the “owner” of the joint account had to be present to do anything as well. Also, I tried ordering the phone which they had none of in stock and he said that it could not be shipped to store and had to be shipped to your address and someone needed to sign for the package. I live alone and go into work all day so obviously that wasn’t an option. Then, I asked what stores around had them in stock and he said he couldn’t tell me inventory levels. Save yourself a trip and don’t go to this Verizon store.

    I was in the city visiting from out of town and came into the store about an hour before they closed, overwhelmed because my phone had gotten stolen the night before. I was scrambling to get something figured out so I could get home. Sylvestre was absolutely fantastic - calm, kind, and helpful in every way. He helped me figure out a temporary solution so that I could get home safely, and gave me the info I needed to get a replacement phone when I was back home. There was another man working there who was also very helpful, but I didn’t catch his name. Would definitely recommend coming to this store!

    Sylvester really helped us today with and fought for us to get the best outcome. Great customer service. Always go to this location and not a Verizon retailer. This location is the best.
