I was scrambling to get something figured out so I could get home. Sylvestre was absolutely fantastic - calm, kind, and helpful in every way. He helped me figure out a temporary solution so that I could get home safely, and gave me the info I needed to get a replacement phone when I was back home. There was another man working there who was also very helpful, but I didn’t catch his name. Would definitely recommend coming to this store!
