I was a 10+ year T-Mobile customer and converted to Verizon after visiting this store. Robin and team provided the best customer service—they were friendly, helpful, informative, and transparent. I appreciated how they asked questions to learn what was important to me versus just trying to sell me something for the sake of selling, and graciously answered the many questions I had. If you ever need to visit a store for any kind of support, this is the one to go to! And if you’re considering switching providers, highly recommend stopping in!

Robin was SO HELPFUL! I came in very frustrated after Verizon customer service on the phone couldn't help me. Robin found a solution and solved the issue and was so patient and kind!

The ratings here are bad because the customer service is bad awful people the manager from here needs to get fired he put a hold on my account because I told him I’m not interested in purchasing a new item on finance this manger I ruining version

Manny went above and beyond to help me out with a very silly phone case situation. The system wasn't recognizing a phone case in store for a kinda outdated model, and he took the time to try to work through all the troubleshooting in the system before calling another store, checking that they had one, and having them hold it for me. Really great customer service, he was super friendly and patient. Hugely appreciated!!!!

I see why this store has such a bad reviews, these employees every time I come here talk to me like I’m some kind of dishrag, there’s no greeting, and you can tell they barely want to do their job, but what shocked me the most about this is when I expressed this to the manager on duty about this dilemma.
He tried to spin it sound like I was overreacting, but based on these honest reviews, this store definitely needs better training, and maybe a better leader.(s)
I understand working with people can be difficult, but it’s frustrating to pay this much and get treated this poorly.
