Manny went above and beyond to help me out with a very silly phone case situation. The system wasn't recognizing a phone case in store for a kinda outdated model, and he took the time to try to work through all the troubleshooting in the system before calling another store, checking that they had one, and having them hold it for me. Really great customer service, he was super friendly and patient. Hugely appreciated!!!!

I see why this store has such a bad reviews, these employees every time I come here talk to me like I’m some kind of dishrag, there’s no greeting, and you can tell they barely want to do their job, but what shocked me the most about this is when I expressed this to the manager on duty about this dilemma.
He tried to spin it sound like I was overreacting, but based on these honest reviews, this store definitely needs better training, and maybe a better leader.(s)
I understand working with people can be difficult, but it’s frustrating to pay this much and get treated this poorly.

As others have said. Awful experience with this store. Their express online pickup is basically non existent and there is no phone number to call to actually reach a real person. You can’t even cancel the order over the phone and they make you go in. Probably would be less frustrating to place an order for delivery. Been a customer for over 12 years but will probably be leaving for another company now

As others have recently said, avoid this store like the plague. I made an online order to be picked up in store ("Express Pickup" according to Verizon - 2 hour average). After a few days nothing changed on my order status. Went to store. They never processed it. In other words, they had done nothing. The fact that it would've gotten to me quicker if I'd had it delivered is more than laughable. But as a long time Verizon customer without a contract holding me back and now looking into T-Mobile, I'm not laughing.
You will see how the manager, or someone, seems to respond to others on the reviews. Gives them links to fill out forms instead of actually doing something about the team of people who obviously don't want to work. Nothing changes. Good luck to y'all if you ever have to deal with this store because you have no other choice.
