What made it worse is that after leaving the store, I went online directly through Verizon, where I found the exact same phone upgrade for about one-third of the price quoted in-store. That alone says everything about the sales tactics being used at this location. I strongly recommend skipping this store. Save yourself the time, pressure, and money—go online through Verizon or go anywhere else.

Your employees added additional features (Disney, Netflix, a new line) to “hit their metrics” without my approval. This type of selling is extremely predatory and questionable. I will be reaching out to upper management to complain about store employees that are so desperate for their jobs they do shady business.

He made sure that I was getting the proper trade in credit and explained the different processes and options for my situation. It’s unfortunate that employees from other stores and customer service on the phone don’t give the same level of service. Very nice to have someone who truly cares about doing the right thing.

Robin and team provided the best customer service—they were friendly, helpful, informative, and transparent. If you ever need to visit a store for any kind of support, this is the one to go to! And if you’re considering switching providers, highly recommend stopping in!
