Greedy and incompetent should be their motto. The first time we visited to upgrade lines for our family, a very rude woman just blurted the most basic deal even though we inquired and insisted on seeing other deals online with better offers. She acts unprofessionally and tells us she has people who she was expecting came in and tried to rush us. All but one ended up not going through with her and ordered FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT (while in store, as one employee advised and then left us not to be seen). The final cherry on top to the worst retail experience is that that the woman mixed up all of out the phone trades in while doing only one! So it isn’t our own previous phone we were using to be traded in to get credit for our new phone. Also when one of us wanted to swap numbers, a different employee tries to get us a new line because “both of us will the new phone” which isn’t what the point was, neither what we asked for. Not sure if this is Verizon or this store.

I had a pleasant customer experience working with this (new) Verizon store location, much thanks to Ms. Kia ✨⭐✨⭐. She was professional, personable, knowledgeable about Verizon's products, services, and safely guided towards a promotional package to suit my budget and needs. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 So yes! much appreciated. Please keep up the exemplary work.

Horribly run store. We were told to sit and wait for tabish, and sat in the building for an hour until he said something. He asked me if I was here for something and the associate that helped me reminded him that he had told him that I was waiting. He claimed he thought we were just hanging around, as if we were children and Verizon was just some hangout spot? He started to help then told me my phone had passed 30 days and I would have to contact customer service. I sat for an hour to be told to contact customer service.

Only rated 1 star because it wouldn’t let me rate it zero. Darius was the worse sales associate I think I’ve even came across. Bought my phone at bestbuy but stopped in to Verizon for some additional help and trading in an old phone and he just made a joke out of me and brushed me off told me since I bought it at bestbuy he wouldn’t help me. Do not shop here.
