Only rated 1 star because it wouldn’t let me rate it zero. Darius was the worse sales associate I think I’ve even came across. Bought my phone at bestbuy but stopped in to Verizon for some additional help and trading in an old phone and he just made a joke out of me and brushed me off told me since I bought it at bestbuy he wouldn’t help me. Do not shop here.

the worst customer service, their employees just randomly add and remove stuff on your data/phone plans. One of the reps that was “helping” me was automatically adding another line to my account without even asking me if i needed one; next thing he said was asking what kind of new number was i going to pick for my new line and that was the first straw, second he made me lose my free disney sub that was included in my previous plan and downgraded my data on my phone, third; he just assumed that my home internet was basic and tried to match the price with the new modem but with lower data speeds and streaming. This location wasnt like this before but the staff is now completely different and incompetent when having knowledge about data plans and customer’s actual needs instead of their own needs to sell products. Keep in mind i’ve had this company for more than 8 years and i know for a fact that this location’s staff needs to be trained properly.
