This was the first time I’ve been to a Verizon store where they listened to me & addressed every single issue. Diana was the one who helped me out last week & I believe she mentioned she was a manager as well. She called customer service for me, got me issued a credit I never received, and advocated for me to Verizon for several issues that they said over the phone they were taking case of and never did. Highly recommend this store for absolutely whatever you need with regards to Verizon. Likely won’t go to any other store after being helped there and hope this review helps people see more recent interactions here.
