You have to pay every time you want it replaced, not free at all even paying it full in the beginning with the lifetime warranty and replacement. It is more expensive than the price of the screen protectors on Amazon! Do not buy the accessories!

She waited on the phone with Verizon Customer Sevice and helped navigate and guide me through to resolution out of the kindness of her heart. She was not being paid commission and helped me navigate a complex network transition from ATT to Verizon. This store is lucky to have such a hard working and genuinely kind person onboard.
