Dominique was amazing. I walked in--having gone through a rough customer service experience with Verizon trying to make an upgrade on my phone and she walked me through it seamlessly. She even wrote out instructions for me to use when I got home. I tried another store first, one closer to me--2707 N Elston--and was told "You need to call *611. We're just the middleman--we can't help you." Can't recommend this store, and Dominique enough.

I had an issue with a phone that broke, and not only did Jake provide excellent service, he bent over backwards to come up with a solution to my problem. This could have been a very bad situation for me, but he resolved my issues with kindness, patience and professionalism.
I greatly appreciate all his efforts.

I have been a Verizon client for 20 Years now. I always had a great experience with the service and every office/branch I visited, including LA, Cincinnati, Atlanta, etc. I lost my phone in Chicago in August 2025 and went to the Verizon branch in Lakeview (3019 N.Clark),. They offered me a promotion for a free phone if I added a new line which I agree to do and as per their inormaiton with no major cost impact on my monthly bill. Well they did everything worng since the very begining. They added 2 additional lines to my account instead of only one,. My billing more than double since I made the change, One month it went to close to $300. I have probably overpaid more than $500 by now. I talked to them more than 5 times and they pretended they fixed the issue and lied to me on different things including the 3rd line that was addedd to my account. They mentioned it was neeeded to be able to apply the credit. ( I found out later when from Customr servicre that it was a total lie.) Please be clear that the people working in the branch come across as very polite and knowledgaeable but it is all a sales pitch.. they are nengligent and very incompetent. Avoid this branch if you ever need to go to a Verizon Office.
