    DO NOT GO HERE! Shady and full of scammers! This is NOT a Verizon store, it is an authorized retailer run by Mobile Generation. Every time I’ve gone to this Verizon store I walk out with charges that I didn’t know were being put onto my account and end up having to call Verizon Customer service. They charged me for setting up my new phone and said it was “free” and they were throwing in a free phone case, screen protector and charger, but when I looked at my bill it was $200 for “in-store device activation”. I tried to give them another chance and went in several months later for another phone issue and came out with a $20/month protection plan added to my account without my knowledge. I didn’t sign anything or pay for anything. I have even reached out to the District Manager Cody and it didn’t seem to do anything. Save yourself a headache and go to a normal Verizon store!
