One of the vets we saw genuinely seemed afraid of dogs and conducted the “check-up” in a rushed, uneasy manner, which is not something you want when trusting someone with your pet’s care. On top of that, both the techs and vets consistently push additional procedures and treatments at every visit, quickly turning routine appointments into bills in the hundreds of dollars. What makes this worse is that once you’ve paid, they offer zero support with insurance claims. They won’t help submit anything, won’t restate or document what they recommended, and won’t even clarify details needed to justify the procedures to insurance. This feels far more like a profit-maximizing operation than a clinic focused on animal care or supporting pet owners. Once your card is charged, you’re on your own. I strongly recommend going to a local vet who actually cares about your pet and is willing to advocate for you as an owner. This place is a joke.

With two days to go before an international flight our cats were missing EU health certificates which are required for EU layovers even if the final destination is not in the EU. Dr Ali and Veronica rushed to submit the forms to the USDA and got them approved on time and the forms returned stamped. Sam was also a huge help in getting us the support on time. VCA saved us thousands of dollars and we could not be more grateful. Trust this place to help you!

For example, in my current instance dog needs flea medicine. Now all of a sudden-he has to come get blood work before. Just looking for a money grab it sounds like. Horrible horrible.

So from now on the answer is clear. They will be my primary vet and here’s why. I can always get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. Their staff has always been accommodating. Price point has never been insanely outrageous. But most importantly the care we receive has always resolved my pets issue. I can’t say enough about my veterinarian. Thank you!
