  They refused to see my sick cat even though I had an appointment. I am left trying to find a place that can see him and scared he won't be alright. Terrible service

  Dr. Moody and his assistant were really helpful in caring for my cat. He suggested multiple treatment options and cared about her wellbeing. I've visited VCA West Loop Veterinarian many times and Dr. Moody is the best, highly recommend!

  I hate that VCA is owned by Mars, however, I LOVE the staff at this location. I’ve moved away from the neighborhood and still drive 40 minutes because I find the staff to be so kind and accommodating for both myself and my very anxious dog.

  Do not take your pets to this place. They give wrong diagnoses. I lost my dog my child because of them. They never told us that my dog had kidney problems for years. We only recently found out she had stage 4 kidney disease, when it was already too late and nothing could be done to save her. If they had informed us from the beginning, we could have given her proper treatment and maybe had more time with her. They failed us completely. My dog died because of VCA.
