I found the customer service and attitude of the vets to be fine, but the price is not reasonable here. Besides expensive regular check ups, they recommended dental work for our cat and quoted almost $2,000! Another vet in the city just recommended we brush our cat's teeth at home; we saw improvement and by avoiding VCA Animal Care we not only saved $2k but avoided an unnecessary, invasive, and stressful procedure on our kitty. 10 months later and kitty is fine with no dental issues...

Under the care of Dr. Aguilaur, my dog is dead. Obie Juan was her patient of many years. I called because he had a massive infection. She was there but would not get on the phone. She said through the receptionist to give him prebioticts. He needed antibiotics. I took him 2 times to another vetinarary care and then I had to put him down. A tumor had burst in his abdomen and he was bleeding internally. VCA is a cruel money machine that doesn't really care about your pet.

Dr. Aguiar has been caring for my dog, Gino, since he was a puppy—and now at 11 years old, he’s still in the best hands. Gino is not always the easiest patient, and over the years he’s had a few random health issues, but Dr. Aguiar has always been patient, understanding, and thorough. She works seamlessly with other vets at VSC and Premier, and every time we see her, I feel like Gino is her top priority. She takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns, especially now that Gino is a senior dog, which gives me so much peace of mind. When Dr. Aguiar was out on leave, Dr. Moodie stepped in to care for Gino. He was extremely thorough, followed up to check in on Gino, and went the extra mile to make sure he was back on track. That level of attention and follow-through means so much. The staff at VCA is also wonderful. The hospital manager, Dawn, even went out of her way to track down Gino’s specialty food when it was out of stock, helping us keep his routine consistent. The support staff are always kind, efficient, and helpful with orders and questions. Thank you to Dr. Aguiar, Dr. Moodie, Dawn, and the entire VCA team for treating Gino like family and giving him the best care through every stage of his life.
