  They provided misinformation about the length of time my phone would be locked in their network. They claimed my new Motorola Razr would be locked with Total Wireless for 4mos instead of 2mos, which is in their activation policy. Fortunately, my gut told me to double check and call customer service. I was able to switch service providers after my agreed upon prepaid 60 days before sinking more money into their spotty service. Despite having phone deals, their plans are too expensive for such unreliable connection. My phone's "device details" has an unlocked status and TW customer service insists that my phone is unlocked; however, my new carrier and the Motorola manufacturer says TW still has my phone locked in their system. I did a 3 way call with Motorola and TW, so that Motorola could explain that TW is responsible, but TW kept deflecting the blame to my other carrier. I removed my old sim card, I have a new sim card, I successfully used a transfer pin to port out, I performed a factory reset, and I did everything I was told to do by TW and my new carrier to resolve this issue, but my phone is rejecting my new service. TW told me to stop calling them cause there's nothing they can do to help. My phone is being held hostage and I'm stuck with an expensive inactive phone. I already reported them to the FCC, but yeah, I'm never doing business with them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

  Lo peor una muchacha que trabaja ahí me trató súper mal por ir a cambiar un cargador me amenazo por querer hablar con su manager fui humillada terrible atención deben botarla la muchacha se llama yenifer tiene muy mala atención al cliente si necesito que se comuniquen conmigo personalmente
