  DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! They attempted to charge me 240$ for connecting fees for three lines even tho the ad says no connection fee. I needed the phones for Christmas gifts so against better judgement I agreed to pay the 240$. But then 3 hours later yes u heard me right 3 hours later one of the three lines was still not activated after I shut off service from my old provider. The lady working there had the nerve to tell me to just go home and my phone should be on in another hour or two!! When I told her that was unacceptable she got hostile and rude! The people in the store call someone else on the phone and the person n the phone controls the process which is something I have never ever seen before. And then when I asked for my refund I was told no! Long story short after 3.5 hours I walked out of store with no new phones and no cellular service on my original phone because I shut off service with my old provider believing I would have new service! AGAIN THIS STORE IS ASCAM!!!

  The young gentleman who was there didn't appear to know a lot about what he was doing. I was not comfortable with all the activation fees and taxes. We decided to go to a different Total store. Found out there were no activation fees or extra taxes. That is how this store want to make their money. What a shame! Don't go there, you will get ripped off.
