They were able to patch me through to experts who could “remote on” with me and saved me from having to drive across Chicago to get it accessed.

By the time you add the money you paid at the time of purchase and the service fee you paid when the item is defective, it's just about the cost of buying a new item. And they are very reluctant with replacement. They will continue to turn you up and down to get you frustrated and discouraged I will never buy anything from Bestbuy again nor use this Geek Squad again
