I payed $100 for them to make a diagnosis on my computer cause something is wrong with it, a day later they tell me that there’s nothing wrong with it, i asked for a report of the diagnosis and it was just like 5 words, it showed something about a crash in the system and they couldn’t explain me what that meant. Later that day I discovered that the diagnosis they run comes with the settings of my computer and everyone can do it at home in 5 min. So basically i fill like i got stolen $100 and my computer continuous having issues. Go elsewhere please.

The technician took it to the back to run a diagnostics. Came back after few minutes, with a laptop that can no longer boot up. The explanation was that the hard drive had failed while running the diagnostics, and "it's time to get a new computer"
