He helped me pick out a new graphics card and RAM stick, as well as installed for me when he had free time. Really appreciate his attentiveness and expertise.

However, I stood there and waited for 30 minutes while absolutely no one acknowledged me (they were with other customers and couldn’t be bothered to say, “excuse me a minute” and ask me if I had an appointment, etc.). So I stand there for 30 MINUTES at which point they finally acknowledge me and then proceed to tell me that I needed to reschedule because I missed my appointment. I get it, I was late, but if you respected people’s time and had any sense of customer service, you would have kindly told me that soon after I walked in instead of making me stand there and wait for 30 minutes before breaking the news. Nevermind that there were literally about 25 Best Buy employees idly walking around, one of which stood behind the customer service counter the entire time playing on his phone. Don’t waste your time. Its worth the wait for the Genius Bar at the Apple store.
