  I would give this zero stars if I could. They close at 7pm. I went in around 6:55 and Amir said he could not help me because he closed the register and clocked out. I am injured and can not walk fast, I am using a cane if not I would have been there sooner. I told him I just needed a replacement SIM card because for some reason mine was deactivated and I can't make calls. He said sorry but the register closed and he can't open up just for a SIM card. Had I come earlier he could have helped me. To come back tomorrow.

  Went in with a few problems with my phone and other question. The young man Javier was very helpful and super nice. This will diffenitly be the store I come too on a regular.

  Great service awesome people they really know what they are doing there very polite and knowledgeable associates will definitely come back to this store they sold me what I wanted and didn't push services that I didn't need

  I walked in to make a quick purchase .I was pleasantly surprised by a lady named Maria. I've had some horrible experiences with cricket sales people who are rude and disrespectful!!! This lady treated me in a very kind and generous manner. Friendly courteous and Is a Phone Tech!!!!! I'm not completely knowledgeable of the specs on the phones she answered all my questions and helped me transfer all my data and explained in detail about the phone I was going to buy very inpressed !!!!. She really cares about customer service not treating you like another brick in the Wall!!! She should be held as an example for other employees how to conduct themselves , Maria goes beyond expectations!!! If there is any way to give her a letter of accomplishment I think that would be fitting. You should be very pleased you found a Diamond
