She sold me a device that didn't work, and when I tried to return it the next day, she refused to give me a refund and even threatened to call the police on me. When I returned with the police, she closed the store. I contacted customer service, and they promised a refund, but nothing was done. I will be taking legal action. I would advise against choosing Cricket. Choose Boost Mobile for better customer service and Devices."
